Re: WARP V3 board XBD

No, we decided not to create XBD files for WARP v3. Xilinx has abandonded the orignal XBD syntax, in favor of XBD2 (a.k.a. IP-XACT - see Xilinx AR38690). We tried creating an XBD2 file for WARP v3, but found the new flow unusable. One major limitation appears to be no support for RGMII Ethernet interfaces, as used on WARP v3. And BSB still appears to have problems with cores that don't attach to processor busses (like w3_ad_bridge). This is unfortunate, especially since the old XBD flow (and old BSB) worked great.

Instead we created the WARP v3 template projects. The OFDM ref design is based on the "on board periphs" template project. I'm working on AXI-based templates (WARPLab 7 is already using AXI interconnect; I just need to re-create the template projects with AXI cores too).
