Steps for Testing New FPGA Board

• Mount jumpers for MGT supplies (J17, J18, J19, J20) for DC coupling (short bottom two pins of each three pin header)
• Add screws to 5 screw terminals (6/32"x1/4" machine screws fit)
• Add two reinforcing screws & nuts to CompactFlash connector (2/56"x1/2" machine screws fit)
