    88 * Minimized packet drops in "burst" read_iq mode. Now, the read_iq command won't request more packets than the OS's packet buffer size can handle. (svn rev 1963)
     9 * Updated both M and C to support "payload size sounding" where a node objects figures out the maximum possible payload that can be received by the board(svn rev 1965)
     10  * NOTE: This update to M was compatability-breaking! You must download the new March 18 bitstreams for it to work. The M_Code_Example scripts are unchanged.
