We use [http://subversion.tigris.org/ Subversion] for version control of the WARP repository. Anonymous users can checkout the latest version of the repository using any Subversion client. The repository's base URL is: http://warp.rice.edu/svn/WARP/. We are still in the process of establishing an account system to allow external users to contribute their code. Please watch this page for updates.
