I want to transmit MAC frame by randomly changing Channels. i.e implementing Frequency hopping techniques so that I can bypass the interferer. How can this be implemented in the WARP framework. Which WARP phy and mac layer function can be used for this purpose.

I would suggest starting with the OFDM Reference Design, using either the CSMAMAC or NOMAC MAC implementations. Both use the warpphy_setChannel() method to set the current center frequency.
