Clear Channel Assessment (CCA)

CCA is implemented in the wlan_mac_dcf_hw core. The CCA decision is based on the Tx and Rx PHY activity (PHY busy -> CCA busy), energy detection via RSSI (implemented in the Rx PHY) and NAV (implemented in the wlan_mac_dcf_hw core). C code is not involved in run-time CCA decisions.
