Is it possible to use WARP v3 as a 802.11ac sniffer ?
If yes, what possible changes should be required ?

We have not implemented a real-time 11ac PHY. You could use WARPLab to capture 11ac waveforms and decode them with a custom MATLAB script. However if your goal is to sniff standard 11ac Wi-Fi traffic, a standard Wi-Fi device in monitor mode will work best.
