Interleaver implementation in WARP v1

Dear Patrick,

I want to implement interleaver/deinterleaver on WARP v1.2 (OFDM Reference Design v16.2). Are there any technical issues that prevented you from implementing it? I ask this because it might be useful to know one if there are any technical limitations.

Best Regards,
Theerawat K.

Nope, nothing fundamental. The only reason we didn't have interleaving in the OFDM Reference Design was that it seemed too hard to build at the time. We've since built interleaving as part of the 802.11 Reference Design, where the Tx and Rx PHY System Generator models implement the interleaver/de-interleavers specified in IEEE 802.11-2012 18.3.5.7. You could use these as a reference for building your interleaver in the OFDM Ref Design PHY.
