The WARP v3 board integrates an FPGA, 2 RF interfaces, memory, and various I/O peripherals. You can connect the RF interfaces to other RF devices, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators. There are no special compatibility considerations for using WARP v3 with test equipment from any particular company.

I am not aware of any integration between WARP hardware and System View. We (Mango's engineers) have never used System View. Our reference designs are implemented using the Xilinx ISE design tools (System Generator, XPS and SDK).

A 500MHz DSO might be useful for monitoring the digital I/O on the WARP v3 board. For example you can monitor the real-time debug signals driven by the 802.11 Reference Design which indicate Tx/Rx and MAC activity as the design communicates wirelessly. However the 500MHz DSO will not be useful for analyzing the RF signals themselves, as the WARP v3 interfaces operate in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

As I said above we have no experience with System View. You should consult the Keysight/Agilent documentation for details on using their tool with third-party hardware.
