Is it generally possible to send from one radio board data to another radio board, if the radio boards are on the same Warp board?

The second radio board should act like a "relay" for another warp board (just for demonstration)

It is entirely possible to operate two radio simultaneously. The radio controller driver allows you to call functions per radio, controlling each one independently.
