Can we implement spectrum sensing algorithm on WARP? I am having a code for energy detection technique for spectrum sensing and i want to implement the same on WARP v3 so, is it possible to sense the spectrum using warp or to create such cognitive environment.

Can we extract channel state information of the channel between the transmitting and receiving node using WARP

You should start with the WARPLab Reference Design. Once you have WARPLab working, I would suggest studying the OFDM example script which includes a channel estimation/equalization step in its Rx processing.
