As there are 5 main files available in SDK.
I am having 3 doubts on this regards:
1) Is there any documentation available for c files?
2) How to run any one of them at a time and what is output expected to get?
3) How to fed input to the program while I am running any one of them?

The user guide is the best resource to answer these questions. If you're not comfortable with the Xilinx SDK, I would also suggest exploring Xilinx's documentation and tutorials.
