Using both the radios on the WARP board simultaneously

Hi,
I want to use both the radio boards present on the WARP board simultaneously(& communicate with a similar board), one at 2.4GHz & other at 5GHz. Each radio would be running SISO mode. Has anyone tried this? Also tell if this is feasible or not. If feasible, some suggestions on how should I start would be appreciated.

Thanks
Vinay

Re: Using both the radios on the WARP board simultaneously

It depends on which design flow you choose. This would be straightforward with WARPLab. You would need to extend the C and M code to support setting the center frequencies of the radios independently. It would be harder with the real-time OFDM reference design. The current PHY model supports a single SISO transmission. The PHY is also too large to duplicate on a single FPGA. However, if you only require SISO support, you could probably customize the Sysgen model to save enough space to  handle two simultaneous SISO streams. This would require a fair bit of customization of the Sysgen OFDM PHY design.
