actually i wanna use the WARP kits for V2V measurements
i need to know how to change the Rf frequency to 5 GHz to match the DSRC standard

any idea about that

You can change the center frequency to 5 using WarpRadio_v1_SetCenterFreq5GHz(..., ...). More here. The WARP APIs (http://warp.rice.edu/WARP_API) are good source of documentation of this nature.
