The WARP v3 board has no on-board current measuring circuits. You can measure the node's overall power draw using an ammeter in series with the board's external 12VDC supply. Keep in mind the FPGA consumes both substantial static current (largely due to its SRAM configuration memory) and dynamic current (depends on the FPGA design and its clock frequency).
