+"Design Components" means one or more of the software code,
+   HDL code, simulation models, IP cores and documentation, in source or binary
+   form, which comprise the Mango Reference Design.

+"Mango Hardware" means a programmable development platform manufactured
+   and marketed by or for Mango Communications, Inc.

+Use and redistribution of the Reference Design Components in source and
+   binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the
