Hello,
Can I use RF ports C and D on FMC-RF-2X245 via the ofdm reference design? I am using warp v3.
I tried modifying the warpphy_init function in the warpphy.c to initialize all the radio interfaces but I get an error "Radios didn't lock! RC stat reg: 0x10101818".

You cannot use the OFDM reference design with RF port C or D without modifications to the PHY. You can see the basics of how to add 4RF capabilities to the 802.11 reference design in this thread. It would be a similar process to add 4RF capabilities to the OFDM reference design. From there, what you want to do with the array is up to you. Using the 4 radio paths for Rx selection diversity is easy. Using it for larger than 2x2 MIMO or beamforming is substantially more work.
As for the RF locking issue: Can you use the WARPLab 7.4.0 Reference Design and make sure that the radios lock using the w3_WARPLab_7.4.0_4RF.bit file in Bitstreams_Reference/w3 ? If you still get errors about the radios not being able to lock, please contact Mango Communications.

thanks for the info.
I should have been more clear about the RF locking issue. I only got it when I was trying it with OFDM reference design, with WARPLAB i can use all four radios

The OFDM Reference Design does not include the FPGA cores and pin constraints to use the FMC-RF-2X245 module. You would need to modify the XPS project to add these cores/constraints, then rebuild the hardware design. You can compare the 2RF and 4RF WARPLab projects to see the necessary hardware changes.
