We would like to know the boot sequence that is followed for the WARP platform.

It depends entirely on what combination of hardware you're using and the application. One example of setting up a node for over-the-air use is CSMAMAC. In main(), the code calls the correct sequence of functions to initialize the hardware, PHY and MAC.
