Hi RICE,
I would like to know whether is it possible to configure the 2x2 board in the following manner
1) 1x1 capable of both TX and RX
2) 1x1 capable of only Rx
do you foresee any complications in this configuration or are there any known issues.

Each radio board is an independent half-duplex transceiver, so having one transmit while another receives is possible. You will need to construct a PHY design in the FPGA to utilize this configuration.
