We are trying to do a board caliberation. So we need to get some measurements at the board output without being affected by the wireless channel impairements. so can we connect the boards RF outputs directly without usig connectors or we have to use RF attenuators.

You must use at least 30dB attenuation between WARP radio boards; anything less may damage the input circuitry on the receive node.
