Got "run out of memory" problem when trying to run the "NoMAC" demo...

I want to run the simple demo "NoMAC" described in http://warp.rice.edu/trac/wiki/Workshop … 2010March;
But when I load the project in Xilinx Platform Studio, and start "Download Bitstream", it got error in "Phase 16.24 (Checksum:27f8c672)" as follows:
"ERROR: Portability:3 This Xilinx application has run out of memory or has encountered a memory conflict. memory usage is 1973176 kb. You can try increasing your system's physical or virtual memory...."

I use ISE 10.1 and my computer is windows 7 , RAM(4.00 GB, 2.96 GB usable)

Is anyone got the same error when running this simple demo? What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks!:)
