We have two WARP boards. One is connected in J20 and the other is not. We want to make sure it should be connected or not.

hi Junlin- there should be a shunt across the bottom two pins of J20 (same with J17, J18 and J19). It probably just fell off during shipment. The FPGA won't be damaged without the shunt, but the multi-gigabit transceivers won't function properly until it is installed.
