I am doing warp lab 1 and when I try to configure the fpga  using USB cable the IMPACT tool can find the USB cable but always  i found this message

"INFO:iMPACT:479 - Programming device, total bits 26098976, ...
DONE pin did not go low. Please check cable connection.
Programming terminated due to error."
and i can not complete the configuration

Re: usb configuration

Try lowering the speed of the USB configuration (under the iMPACT cable options). It's also worth trying another USB cable. Failing those, I'd suggest trying a Xilinx programming cable connected to the JTAG header on the board.
