SIMULINK and MATLAB Script

hi,

Our physical layer algorithms are in MATLAB script (.m) files.

Can we use the Xilinx System Generator tool for the *.m files to WARP FPGA programming? Or do we have to convert the *.m scripts to Simulink and then run Sysgen?

Instead of SysGen, can we use Xilinx AccelDSP tool for directly prgramming FPGA from *.m files?

Kindly suggest.

Bet Regards,
Atanu

Re: SIMULINK and MATLAB Script

You can use any design flow that targets Xilinx FPGAs, including Xilinx's own System Generator and AccelDSP. We use Sysgen for our PHY designs, but this is not a requirement for using the WARP hardware.
