Dear Sir
we are able to implement csma/cogmac/no mac using WARP v-2 fapga- 4, we are able to send the Video packet through the VLC.
i just want to send some other file like PDF or any text file (other than video), so how can i transfer this file from 1 pc to other using warp mac???

The OFDM reference design doesn't care at all about what packets it is given by the computer. VLC was just one example. If you want to do a file transfer, you can just network the computers together over the WARP link and send a file however you want (ssh, ftp, smb, afp, etc.)
